Elliot C. Mendelson founded Mendelson IP in 2009.
His practice focuses on patent prosecution, counseling and opinions, due
diligence, reissue and reexamination proceedings, and intellectual property
litigation. He also serves as local counsel for out of state attorneys
with cases pending before the District Court of Delaware. |

Prior to founding Mendelson IP, Dr. Mendelson was an attorney at the law firm of Marshall Gerstein & Borun LLP in Chicago. Before that, Dr. Mendelson was an associate at the law firm of Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP in Wilmington.

Dr. Mendelson received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. While attending law school, he worked full-time as a Law Clerk/Patent Agent at Howrey & Simon.

Immediately prior to entering the legal profession, Dr. Mendelson worked as a Clinical Research Specialist drafting Investigational New Drug Applications (INDs) for the Regulatory Affairs Branch of the National Cancer Institute. | ||
